Getting started

How Vrox TV works

Learn what the app manages and what you need before watching.

Vrox TV is a player for connecting to a compatible portal supplied by your service provider.

Before you begin

  1. Install Vrox TV on your Android TV, set-top box, or Android mobile device.
  2. Keep the portal URL and any credentials supplied by your provider nearby.
  3. Open the app and add your portal.
  4. If access is required, follow the activation instructions shown by the app.

Vrox TV does not provide channels, subscriptions, or portal credentials. Contact your service provider when portal credentials or channel availability are incorrect.

On your screen

On TV, choose Add Portal to begin. Follow the QR instructions shown in your app.
