TV setup
Scan the portal-management QR code with your phone. Open the temporary page and add the portal details there. The temporary link can be used only once.
Mobile setup
Open portal management in the app and enter the portal URL directly.
Check the URL carefully. Extra spaces, missing paths, or an incorrect protocol can prevent the connection.
