Open portal management in the mobile app, then choose Add portal or edit an existing entry.
Enter a helpful name and the complete URL supplied by your provider. Save the change and allow the app a moment to synchronize.
Back to Guides & HelpOn mobile, enter the portal details supplied by your provider, then tap Save.
